Hiking the Musical Bumps

Hiking the Musical Bumps
this is here

The first time we hiked Whistler's Musical Bumps we caught the gondola right to the top and hiked the High Note Trail and the Bumps out to Singing Pass and looped back into town. The second time, burdened with tents and sleeping bags and pounds and pounds of food, we found the gondola was no longer running. We'd have to hike up! On the way up we rounded a hill and pulled over for lunch. We weren't quite expecting to see the Musical Bumps spread out before us, tantalizing and rugged and still some ways off, but there it was. We ate our sandwiches with the satisfaction of knowing what was to come.
